    The PCCA Big Deer Contest is open for the 2026 Maine Deer Seasons. This contest is open to all PCCA members and their families. There is no entry fee. Harvested deer may be entered from the Archery, Firearms, Muzzleloader, and Expanded archery seasons. Winners will be awarded the coveted PCCA Deer Contest hat. Categories are Biggest Buck (by weight), Biggest Doe (by Weight), and Junior Hunters. Winners will be announced at the January 2027 dinner meeting.   • November Archery Class Week 1

    This is the 1st of 3 week classes. Whether you are a beginner or just need to sharpen up your skills.  We welcome all ages over the age of 8. Our qualified PCCA instructors are ready to teach. Register on our Archery page. Classes are from 6:00pm to 7:30pm but we do ask that you arrive by 5:30 for safety instructions and check in.

  • PCCA ANNUAL HUNTER BREAKFAST

    It's that time of year again for the  PCCA’s Annual Hunters Breakfast! This is a tradition with a long history, giving Hunters a full belly before the hunt, with stories and tall tales, told by the Old Timers to the new hunters, Hunters Breakfasts are a longstanding tradition, and we are proud to hold this annual event. $10 for adults $5 for kids under 12. Breakfast meats, eggs cooked to order, home fries, french toast, pancakes, baked bean, sausage gravy & biscuits, coffee and juice. We open at 4:30am and serve till 9am. Come hungry!

    Happy New Year! Please register on our website for our January Archery Class! This is the 1st of a 3 week class, for ages 8 and up, whether beginner or advanced! We have the best of the best instructors. We provide all the equipment, but feel free to bring your own and our instructors will inspect to see if you are able to use it in our building. Class is $35 for all 3 weeks!
